Richbel Car Hire and Tours in Kitwe is looking for a Front Office/Receptionist.
πΉ Qualifications

Full Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of 5 βOβ levels, including English
β
Diploma or Degree in Front Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations or Business Administration
β
1-2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or customer-facing role
πΉ Key Skills & Attributes
β
Fluency in English with excellent verbal skills for handling international and local clients
β
IT Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment like printers and scanners
β
Customer Service: A friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
β
Organization: Ability to multitask, manage digital files and maintain a tidy reception area under pressure

Welcoming visitors and determining the nature of their visit

Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls professionally

Managing bookings, responding to email inquiries and drafting correspondence

Providing administrative support, such as filing and maintaining office records
